  1. At LBX, over 93% of eligible withdrawals are approved instantly. While funds leave our end quickly, the processing time depends on your chosen payment provider. We constantly strive to ensure fast payment flows for our clients.
  2. Deposit and/or withdrawal fees may apply to certain methods to maintain process integrity, but all fees are clearly communicated to clients.
  3. Deposits and withdrawals are available 24/7 and, if not instant, will be processed within 1 business day, though banks or payment services may cause delays. We are not liable for processing delays caused by payment systems, and we reserve the right to change processing times without prior notice.
  4. You must use only your personal payment accounts for deposits and withdrawals; we do not accept third-party payments. Funds should only be withdrawn to your own accounts to ensure financial security.
  5. The term “instant” means a transaction is completed within seconds without manual processing. However, while it’s processed quickly on our end, it may take time to reach your account, depending on the payment provider.
  6. If your transaction is not processed instantly, we may reach out to you promptly if we need any additional information to ensure the processing within 1 business day and avoid any further delay.

If a payment method previously used for deposits is unavailable for withdrawals, alternative payment methods can be used. The method must be registered under the same legal name registered to the client’s account and may require payment account verification the first time it is used.
