To All Clients of Dragon Payments Limited (formerly known as London Block Exchange Limited) t/a LBX - in Compulsory Liquidation (“the Company”)

I refer to the appointment of my Partner, Paul Appleton, and I as Joint Liquidators of the Company, and to previous correspondence in respect of this matter.

We have received a number of queries from clients concerning the status of their investments held with the Company and how to recover these investments.

Below is some updated information to help clarify next steps for clients and address any additional queries you may have. Please be advised that these next steps will differ between clients who hold GBP funds and those whose funds are in the form of cryptocurrency.

Access to Website and Online Accounts

You will be aware that access to the LBX website is now restricted and clients are no longer able to login to their accounts. Please be assured that your information is not lost. We have obtained details for all clients and their accounts from the Company’s E-Money Institution, CFS Zipp Limited. This information will assist us with facilitating payment of funds back to clients.

GBP Funds in E-Wallet Accounts

I would advise that we are continuing to liaise with the Company’s Director and CFS Zipp regarding all GBP funds in e-wallet accounts. We are advised that these funds are segregated from the Company’s monies and we are working towards returning these funds to clients as soon as possible.

We will be making contact with clients when we are in a position to return funds. In the meantime, in order to identify your account and expedite the process, I would ask all clients to kindly forward the information requested below to [email protected]
